• North-facing windows; typically no direct sunlight. Existing mass-loaded curtains can block outside light.
• Typical studio overhead lighting: 3 X 4-head dimmable halogen banks (each head directional).

•Space behind East equipment racks is minimal; good for monopod or hand-held filming only.

•Studio is on 2nd floor of building, accessed via outdoor stairs only. No elevator.
• All equipment is fully functional and reflects typical modern radio facility.
• Spare 110v outlets available in "non-live" studio areas (no 220v).
• On-site mics (w/advance notice) may be used for additional dialogue reinforcement.
• Computers have available animated graphics to simulate broadcast on-air functions.
• Two 44” plasma displays on North wall can be used for station or show logos (DVD driven).
• Limited number of vintage mics and CRT tube-type computer monitors available as set dressing.
• Parking lot capacity is limited to 2 or 3 vehicles, but plenty of street parking.
